adequate stay
good attitude friendly staff breakfast drink excellent breakfast awful pressure shower temperature inoperative lift understaffed bar
the staff had a good attitude and created a nice atmosphere. the room got cleaned daily, which i appreciated. i got a welcome drink and a breakfast drink, a good surprise. breakfast was excellent, i thought.
the shower had awful pressure and temperature control. one of the two lifts was not working during my four night stay. the bar seemed understaffed. i was a bit disappointed by that.

awful shower pressure understaffed bar
the location was acceptable and provided a base to explore the area.
the shower pressure was just awful, and controlling the temperature was impossible. one of the two lifts didn't work . the bar was understaffed, i waited ages for a drink.

fantastic hotel experience
friendly team helpful recommendation convenient breakfast
i stayed for several nights and found the team super friendly and helpful. they gave excellent recommendations for local food and drinks. breakfast in the lobby was quick and convenient, just what i needed each morning (especially the coffee!). the location offered easy access to the sights i wanted to see.
the shower had some pressure issues and it was sometimes difficult to adjust the temperature. this was a minor inconvenience. i hope the maintenance team addresses this soon.

the room was clean and well kept. i appreciated the modern design and the efficient use of space within the room. there was good linen available.

the breakfast choices were diverse, including gluten-free options (very important for me). the self-service coffee and tea were available all day. this service allowed flexibility and convenience .

healthy option friendly lobby
The breakfast had many choices and healthy options, I especially liked the detox water. I also found the location excellent with a warm, friendly lobby. The front desk staff looked nice and young.
Shower pressure and temperature control felt awful.
